Account & Registration

Registration page Fill in the form with your name, mobile number or email, password, and age confirmation. Your account is activated after email or SMS verification. The whole process takes just 2–3 minutes and registration is completely free.

No. mlhd's policy allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and any accumulated bonuses being forfeited.

Your phone number and email can be updated through Account Settings. However, if your full name and date of birth have been KYC-verified, changes must be made through Support. If any details are incorrect, please correct them as soon as possible.

KYC may not be required for small withdrawals. However, for larger amounts or if any security concerns arise, you may need to submit a national ID or passport. This is purely to protect your account.

If your account is suspended, email support@mlhd.pro. The support team will guide you through the reason and resolution. In most cases, your account is restored once the verification process is complete.

No. Withdrawals must be made to a mobile banking number registered in your own name. Payments to someone else's number are not allowed — this is a mandatory security requirement.

You earn a cashback percentage on your net daily losses. Cashback is automatically credited to your account after midnight each day. You must have placed bets the previous day to be eligible.

Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires. Make sure you check the expiry date when a bonus is credited and use it before it runs out.

Live betting means placing bets in real time while a match is in progress. Log in and go to the Sports Events section. Ongoing matches are tagged "LIVE" — click on them to place your bet. Odds update in real time.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a match is cancelled or postponed, your stake will be refunded. For any technical issues, please contact support.
